About Patricia J. Lenius

Patricia J. Lenius is a founder and principal creative strategist for PJL & Associates, Inc. She is actively involved with virtually every PJL & Associates client, providing strategic counsel or working creatively. Her “Outside of the Box” thinking brings her clients new revenue stream options, as well as solutions for challenges they face with the ever changing economy. She has been honored by the Disney Institute for Healthcare Leadership Excellence. Patricia continues to work with clients creating cutting edge solution sets, that help our communities live well by providing access, "best practice" quality, and at the same time reducing costs here in Wisconsin and across our nation.

As an active member in the community, Patricia serves as a board member for both the Wellness Council of Wisconsin, WELCOA as well as, the Wellness Compliance Institute. She is also an active member of both American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM), the American Council on Exercise (ACE) and professional groups. Patricia is a native of Door County, Wisconsin, and earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Communications and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Fitness Management from Carroll University – Waukesha. She also holds a Masters of Science - Health Education from Carroll University- Waukesha. Following her passions for health and wellness, Patricia is a group exercise instructor and enjoys giving back to the communities by teaching classes and does an outstanding job of keeping her participants motivated and moving.
